2. General Information on Data Processing

The app does not require registration and does not create user accounts. However, for the display of advertisements, certain data is collected by our advertising partner Google AdMob (see Section 3).

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app displays advertisements through the service Google AdMob. In doing so, the following data may be collected and processed by Google:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
• Approximate location (based on IP address)
• Usage data (e.g., interaction with advertisements)
• Device information (e.g., device type, operating system)

This data is used by Google to display relevant advertisements and measure advertising performance.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

Before collecting tracking data, the app requests your permission through Apple's "App Tracking Transparency" framework. You can decline tracking at any time or revoke it in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

If you decline tracking, only non-personalized advertisements will be shown.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (via the ATT dialog) or on our legitimate interest in financing the app pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (for non-personalized advertising).

4. Local Data Storage

The app stores your projects and settings exclusively on your device:

For the purchase and management of in-app purchases or subscriptions, the app uses exclusively the system functions of the Apple App Store.

Personal data may be processed by Apple, such as:

• Apple ID
• Payment information
• Purchase history

This data is not processed by us, but exclusively by Apple.

We do not receive any personal data from Apple. We only receive anonymous technical information, such as whether a purchase was successful.

6. App Permissions

The app does not require any special permissions other than those absolutely necessary for basic functions.

No location data, contact data, photos, or similar content is directly requested or processed by the app.

7. Data Security

Your project data is stored locally on your device and protected by the security mechanisms of the Apple operating system (encryption, sandboxing). No calculation data is transmitted to external servers.

8. User Rights

You have the right to revoke your consent to tracking at any time (iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). In addition, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to processed data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Right to erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

For data processed by Apple in connection with purchases, user rights apply to Apple. For data collected by Google AdMob, user rights apply to Google.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may be updated as needed, for example when new features are introduced or due to legal requirements.
